The local flock ranges outdoors daily and is housed securely at night.
On-farm milled feed
Maize–soya mash milled on site, with calcium supplemented via limestone grit.
Responsible medicine use
No routine antibiotic growth promoters; therapeutic use only, under veterinary guidance with documented withdrawal.
Mortality tracking
Daily mortality logged per pen, with regular veterinary review.
