This website is operated by Nimukama Mixed Farm ("NMF", "we"), a mixed farm at Kyankwanzi District, Butemba — opposite Byerima Trading Centre, Uganda. You can reach us at nmkfarmers@gmail.com or +256 772 854742.

When you send an enquiry, booking or application through a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, your message, and any details you choose to share (for example a budget range, destination country, training goals or products of interest).

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to you and manage your enquiry or order. It is stored in our customer database and a copy is emailed to the farm team so we can reply quickly.

Many buttons on this site open WhatsApp, your phone dialler or your email app. Conversations on those channels happen outside this website and are governed by those services' own terms and privacy policies.

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — privacy-friendly, cookieless measurement of aggregate page visits and performance. They do not use advertising cookies, do not track you across other websites, and do not build personal profiles.

We set no marketing or advertising cookies. Your browser's local storage is used only for functional state: items you add to the enquiry cart, display preferences, and — for farm staff only — an admin sign-in token. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.

Some pages embed YouTube videos and a Google Map of the farm's location. If you interact with those embeds, YouTube and Google may set their own cookies under their own policies.

We never sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the service providers that run this site's infrastructure (website hosting, database, and email delivery), strictly so the site can operate.

We keep enquiry data only while it is relevant to your enquiry, your order, or our aftercare obligations. Email us at nmkfarmers@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — we aim to reply within one business day. We handle personal data in line with Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
