Four steps from booking to drop-off. Follow these in order and your dog's intake will be completely smooth — no last-minute scramble.
Step 01
Book your boarding slot
Contact us via WhatsApp or the booking form below. Provide your travel dates, dog's name, breed, and preferred boarding tier. We confirm availability within 4 hours.
Step 02
Upload health documents
Send us clear photos of all current vaccination records, anti-parasite treatment records, and your vet's health clearance note. Dogs without current rabies vaccination cannot be admitted.
Step 03
Pack your dog's essentials
A familiar environment reduces travel anxiety significantly. Bring items that carry your dog's home scent and enough food for the full stay.
Step 04
Drop-off appointment
Bring your dog to Nimukama Mixed Farm, Kyankwanzi between 07:00 and 16:00. Allow 45 minutes for the handover briefing — this is critical. We record everything about your dog's routine so care is seamless.
While you're away

Morning wake-up
All dogs are released for morning exercise — 20-min off-leash paddock time or lead walk on farm perimeter.
First feeding
Fed according to your written schedule. Food weighed, diet notes followed precisely. Fresh water refreshed.
Training maintenance
Extended & Long-Term stays: 45-min structured session — obedience refreshers, known commands, enrichment. Short stay: paddock socialisation.
Health observation
Caretaker checks for: appetite, stool quality, coat condition, gait, mood. Logged in daily health sheet.
Midday rest
Quiet period. Dogs returned to pens with chew or enrichment toy. Pen cleaned and bedding checked.
Afternoon exercise
Second exercise session — structured play, fetch, or agility warm-up. Builds energy outlet and routine.
Evening feeding
Second meal as per your schedule. Medication administered here if prescribed. Water topped up for night.

You can request a live WhatsApp video call to see your dog in real time. We set up in the exercise paddock or pen. Available 07:00–18:00 EAT.

Any health concern, unusual behaviour, injury, or incident triggers immediate WhatsApp notification to the owner, regardless of time zone. We do not wait for the daily update.

No app to download, no login portal. Your dedicated caretaker's WhatsApp number is shared at drop-off. That number is active 05:30–21:00 EAT daily. Emergency line active 24/7.

If: Dog falls ill

When you return
Pickup & return flow
Your dog leaves cleaner and calmer than it arrived. The pickup process is as structured as the drop-off.
Notify return (48 hrs notice)
Send return travel date via WhatsApp so we can schedule your dog's pickup prep — health check, bath, and coat grooming.
Final health check
Day before pickup our vet runs a full point inspection — weight, coat, ears, eyes, paws, gait. Any concerns are documented.
Grooming & prep
Your dog receives a full bath, blow-dry, nail trim, and ear clean. Presented in the best condition.
Pickup appointment
Arrive at the farm at your scheduled time. Allow 30 minutes for the full handover debrief.
Handover debrief
Senior trainer walks you through the full stay report: feeding log, behaviour notes, training sessions completed, weight chart, any incidents.
Settle final invoice
Pay balance via MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, or bank transfer. Odoo receipt issued. Carry your dog home.
Reintegration tips
We hand you a printed "Return Home" sheet — how to reintroduce routines, manage excitement, and re-establish your authority after absence.
