Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Nimukama Mixed Farm of Kyankwanzi District, Butemba — opposite Byerima Trading Centre, Uganda ("NMF", "we"). By using the site you accept them. Questions: nmkfarmers@gmail.com or +256 772 854742.

Submitting a form, "order request" or enquiry is not a binding purchase — it asks the farm to contact you. Availability and final pricing are always confirmed directly by our team. The full price of an animal is never charged online: it is settled with the farm directly (mobile money, bank transfer, or cash on handover).

The one exception is a reservation deposit, which you may choose to pay online where that option is offered at checkout. Paying a deposit is optional — every listing can be reserved by enquiry instead.

Listed prices, including wholesale tables, are indicative and subject to confirmation at order time. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

A refundable reservation deposit (typically 20%) holds a specific dog for 14 days while paperwork and payment are arranged. If a reserved dog fails its pre-sale or pre-export health screening, your deposit is refunded in full — or, if you prefer, we offer an alternative dog.

Where an online deposit is offered, it is processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Because PayPal cannot settle Uganda shillings, the deposit is charged in US dollars: the checkout shows you the exact dollar amount, converted from the shilling price, before you approve anything. Your bank may apply its own conversion or cross-border fee on top, which is outside our control.

The balance is never charged online. It is settled directly with the farm on handover. To cancel a reservation and request a refund within the 14-day window, contact us at nmkfarmers@gmail.com quoting your reservation reference; refunds are returned to the PayPal account that paid.

Boarding bookings are confirmed subject to kennel availability. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before arrival receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Dogs must meet the vaccination requirements listed on the boarding page at intake; we may decline intake where records are incomplete, for the safety of all boarded dogs.

Livestock lots and produce are living goods: weights, availability and harvest timing vary, and the details shown for a lot are accurate as at listing. Wholesale tier discounts and Net payment terms apply only to approved wholesale accounts and to the volumes stated for each tier.

Dogs are handed over with the vaccination record, health documentation and pedigree paperwork described on their listing. Export dogs additionally receive the destination-required export documents we describe on the export page (such as the CITES permit, government veterinary certificate and titre results where applicable). Import requirements at the destination remain the buyer's responsibility, with our guidance throughout.

Text and photography on this site are © Nimukama Mixed Farm and show our real animals, produce and premises. Content may not be reused without written permission. Individual animals naturally vary from the photographs of their group or litter.

Do not scrape this site or misrepresent yourself as NMF. We only trade through the official channels listed on our contact page — be cautious of any account claiming to sell on our behalf.

The site is provided in good faith and "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website itself. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. If something goes wrong, contact us first — we resolve issues directly and quickly.
